Excessive sweating
Botulinum toxins acts as an inhibitor of the overactive sweat glands. This is injected into the affected area, hence reducing the volume of sweat produced from the sweat glands in the axillary area . A consultation and assessment is required to assess suitability

Skin biopsy
A skin biopsy involves taking sample of the skin for examination under the microscope. The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic.
Different types of biopsy:
Punch biopsy: This procedure takes a small section of the lesion including deeper layers of the skin using special circular tool.
Shave biopsy: This procedure takes a small section of top of skin lesion with a tool similar to a razor.
Skin excision
A skin excision involves taking the entire lump or the area of abnormal skin, including some of the surrounding normal skin under local anaesthetic. A Skin excision is considered the gold standard to treat primary skin cancer.
Cryotherapy
Freezing with liquid nitrogen. This procedure is completed on the day of consultation and may require several sessions depending on the condition treated.
Curettage & cautery
This is similar to shave biopsy, but using special instrument called curate.
Botox (Botulinum toxins)
for treatment of hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating
